Dew Software, a global leader in digital transformation, is seeking a talented Full Stack Ruby on Rails Developer to join our growing team. Responsibilities
  • Design and develop robust and scalable applications using Ruby on Rails.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement code best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and debug complex issues, actively participating in code and design reviews to maintain high standards of quality.
  • Develop and deploy new features, enhancements, and improvements to existing applications.
  • Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies to ensure that Dew Software remains at the forefront of digital innovation.
  • Work with customers and stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutions.
  • Participate in the Agile development process, contributing to sprint planning, prioritization, and estimation.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience developing applications using Ruby on Rails.
  • Experience with front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and JQuery.
  • Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience with Agile methodology and software engineering best practices.
  • Experience working with source control systems such as Git.
  • Experience working with UX and Product teams
  • Significant experience with Ruby
