Senior Full Stack Engineer - Customer Data Platform

Platform Engineering: The Platform Team at StackAdapt includes the Full-Stack Engineering, Product Management and Product Design Teams. These teams are responsible for designing and developing StackAdapt’s web platform which is where users can forecast, build and report on their campaigns and much more. It is also where StackAdapt’s internal teams use a wide variety of tools to manage customer accounts and help them get the most out of the product. The Creatives Library Team: The Creatives Library Team is building a full fledged library of dynamic creative assets and resources. This library will allow clients to store, host and manage bulk creative assets for ad campaigns on the platform. This library will also include creatives templates for clients to build quick off-the-shelf display ad creatives on the platform. Engineering at StackAdapt: 
As an Engineer at StackAdapt, you will be directly involved in the development of our advertising platform, producing production level code that will have a direct impact on the success of our product. You will work with large data sets and have exposure to modern tech stacks such as GoLang, Ruby on Rails, React, GraphQL and more. StackAdapt’s engineering organization believes in working collaboratively and cross functionally. About the Team:
We build features that enable marketers to design ad campaigns that are targeted to a specific group of users based on their interests, location, custom identifiers and more. We partner with the data science team to offer more efficient and powerful ways to find new customers using machine learning.

StackAdapt is a Remote First company, we are open to candidates located anywhere in North America for this position.
What You'll Be Doing
  • Design, improve, and debug complex, scalable distributed systems.
  • Promote software development best-practices and conduct rigorous code reviews
  • Plan ahead and architect scalable web APIs, component library and backend systems
  • Rigorously identify and solve technical challenges
  • Take responsibility and ownership of projects from start to finish.
  • Contribute to code reviews and technical spec reviews.
  • Mentor junior full stack engineers
What You’ll Bring to the Table
  • 5+ years of full-time work experience building highly performant web applications.
  • Previous engineering experience working in marketing technology and CDP is highly preferred
  • You must have knowledge of React and Javascript/Typescript
  • Knowledge of Redux, Ruby on Rails and GraphQL is highly preferred. 
  • Experience with leading a client-facing project end-to-end, from design to delivery.
  • Experience collaborating closely with product and design teams to design, implement and iterate on high impact end-to-end product experiences.
