The Role:
You will be part of a team of cross functional members developing DailyPays strategic product offering. You’ll be working alongside other great software engineers, product management, and UX people designing and building our newest product offerings.

How You Will Make an Impact:
  • Own what you build as you architect, test, and refine the DailyPay platform.
  • Tackle a wide variety of technical problems up and down the stack and contribute daily to all parts of our code base.
  • Prototype, iterate, and deploy updates on a daily basis.
  • Be surrounded by smart, highly motivated teammates with decades of experience in the finance, technology, and payroll industries.
What You Bring to The Team:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related technical discipline (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years hands on software development experience
  • Demonstrated proficiency writing maintainable, high quality, robust code in at least one modern programming language such as Ruby, Ruby on Rails, Java, C++, C#, Go, Python, Javascript, or similar
  • Experience in designing and developing micro services in one or more cloud computing services (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc)
  • Demonstrated experience serverless, CI/CD, data management, security best practices
  • Experience using TDD or a desire to learn how to use it
  • Demonstrated willingness to learn new technologies
Nice to Haves:
  •     Experience designing and deploying Big Data pipelines with tools such as Hadoop, Spark or MapReduce

Pay Transparency.  DailyPay takes a market-based approach to compensation and compensation may vary depending on your location. U.S. locations are categorized into two tiers based on a cost of labor index for that geographic area. The salary ranges are listed by geographic tier. Additionally, this role may be eligible for variable incentive compensation in addition to stock options. Where a candidate fits within the compensation range for a role is based on their demonstrated experience, qualifications, skills and internal equity. 
Premium Compensation Range (CA, CT, NJ, NY, WA)
$194,900—$259,900 USD
National Compensation Range (States Outside CA, CT, NJ, NY, WA)
$175,400—$233,900 USD
