Your Role:
Your primary focus will be crafting and implementing sophisticated solutions for renowned brands like G-Star RAW, Vince, and Champion. Collaborating closely with internal teams and external solution partners, you will bridge the gap between technical execution and strategic direction. While your role encompasses intricate solution design, it's anchored in hands-on work that directly impacts our clients' success. In this position, you have the opportunity to evolve over time into a more advanced architectural role.
Your Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Write theming code for iOS and Android apps when new brands join the platform. collaborate with the design team to ensure accurate look and feel for each customer.
- Collaborate with clients, internal teams, and solution partners to comprehend and validate business requirements.
- Connect customers to newly developed features, like native checkout, Apple Pay setup, and shipping methods.
- Provide technical support by diagnosing and resolving issues, whether in custom code, platform code, app, servers, or customer-side.
- Create and implement advanced solutions utilizing the NewStore Shopping App platform and AWS capabilities, in conjunction with existing eCommerce, Payment, and Loyalty systems.
- Take charge of implementation, testing, debugging, and continuous enhancement of software solutions within cloud environments.
- Uphold software quality and integrity while meeting customer objectives within specified timelines.
What You Bring To The Table:
- 3-5 years of professional software development and implementation experience, preferably in the e-commerce sector.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Ruby, along with integration technologies like Amazon Lambda Functions and AWS Services.
- Familiarity with web services, scripting languages, mobile applications, and web technologies.
- Experience with SaaS and platforms like SFCC, Magento, Scayle, or Shopify is advantageous.
- Understanding of E-commerce processes, CRM, ERP, and email marketing tools is a plus.
- Agile methodology experience and familiarity with tools like Jira and Confluence.
- Strong customer-focused mindset with the ability to guide technical decisions and best practices.
