- Developing a routine that compares two data statuses to identify changes, creations, or deletions in payroll-relevant data.
- Converting identified data into the required format(s) for files that can be imported into the ADDISON software.
- Collaborating with the team to ensure seamless integration.

- At least 3+ years of experience in software development in Ruby on Rails and PostgreSQL.
- Strong problem-solving skills and experience with mapping tasks in similar projects
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Proficiency in German language.
- Fluent English language skills (at least B2 level).
