We are currently seeking a Full Stack Developer to join our rapidly expanding team. We are looking for someone that loves winning, is passionate about growth and gets a kick out of working with a team that drives to success.
The Opportunity
This role is full time and permanent and open to remote opportunities.
We’re looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer with in-depth experience in Ruby on Rails who will join our team of exceptional developers working in a fast-paced environment to deliver world-class software.
We expect you to have a passion for programming and for writing clean and efficient code. You should be able to perform well working in a team, along with developers, engineers and web designers.
About this role
- Develop robust, scalable and secure features using Ruby on Rails, ReactJS, AWS and Mongo
- Write clean, maintainable and efficient code
- Participate at all stages of the development lifecycle
- Implement best practices of test-driven development, continuous integration, SCRUM, code reviews, peer programming, and so on
- Stay informed about relevant new technologies and drive their continuous adoption and integration into design
Technologies you need to know
- 5+ years' experience of working as a Ruby on Rails developer
- Good experience of developing highly interactive applications
- Good experience with relational and NoSQL databases
- Excellent knowledge of object oriented analysis and design
- Strong ability of writing great, simple, clean, efficient code+
- BS or MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or other related area
Bonus points if you
- Have experience working with cloud based infrastructure (AWS)
- Have worked with serverless components (such as SQS and SES)
- Have strong experience working in a CI/CD environment
