WHO WE NEED
The Senior Integrations Developer plays a pivotal role in supporting the growth and effectiveness of HCSS's Integration Platform as a Service (iPaaS) program. This position demands a seasoned professional, ideally with over 5 years of experience in iPaaS projects and development. As a Senior Integrations Developer, you will spearhead customer integration projects and drive internal team efforts to structure and maintain the development of our iPaaS tool set. Your primary goal is to ensure the seamless and timely delivery of integration services to our valued customers, fostering both team and customer success.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Serve as HCSS's SME on iPaaS, leading development initiatives to innovate and elevate the program.
  • Plan and architect the iPaaS framework, detailing the structure, and semantics to optimize scalability.
  • Develop and maintain SOPs, SLAs, and collateral that govern the iPaaS program, ensuring consistency and quality in service delivery.
  • Oversee customer-facing integrations, ensuring that they are completed on schedule and to the satisfaction of the customer.
  • Act as a guide for teammates, promoting a collaborative environment where knowledge and skills are shared to enhance team performance and project outcomes.
  • Work closely with software developers, aligning your owned development projects with the broader team roadmap and ensuring that priority projects are adequately resourced and progressing according to plan.

Job Requirements:
  • Proven expertise in iPaaS development and management, with a preference for candidates with a track record of successful project delivery and team leadership.
  • Strong technical proficiency in SQL; Ruby and SDK experience is a plus.
  • Knowledge of API integration and authentication credentials.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with both internal teams and external clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and collaborate in a team setting, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Experience building integrations with Workato is strongly preferred.
  • Working knowledge of Accounting Softwares (ERPs) is valued, but not required
