- Developing back-end website applications.
- Ensuring cross-platform optimization for mobile phones.

- Working alongside graphic designers for web design features.
- Seeing through a project from conception to finished product.
- Designing and developing APIs.
- Meeting both technical and consumer needs.
- Staying abreast of developments in web applications and programming languages.

- Enjoy building products from inception to delivery and have a proven track record of delivering products with a measurable business impact
- Comfortable creating your own structure, wrangling stakeholders, and making decisions with imperfect information
- Open-minded, asking and accepting tough questions with grace
- Energetic, optimistic, resilient, and empathetic
- 5+ years of experience with Ruby on Rails
- Accessible design and localization experience is a major plus
- Proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese also a major plus

- Based on candidate experience, the total cash compensation is expected to be $200,000
