Job Title: Software Engineer Apprentice (Full-Stack Development)
Location: Guadalajara, MX (Remote)

At Salesloft, our apprentices are pivotal to our company’s long-term success. You will be a key member of one of our fast-growing and high-performing product development teams (specifically Engineering). 
In addition to working with amazing colleagues who exemplify our ‘team over self’ core value, you will also have the opportunity to spearhead a project, work cross-functionally (gaining exposure to how each Salesloft team works with and through one another), and participate in various events with your apprenticeship class. You will have an opportunity to make a difference.

We are seeking a group of hungry, humble, and university students to join us from June to September 2024. If you’re passionate about innovation, growth, serving customers and you thrive in a fast-paced environment, then a Salesloft apprenticeship is for you!

  • Are currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree at an accredited university in Mexico
  • Computer Science, Management Information Systems or Mechatronic majors preferred 
  • Are pursuing a professional career as Full-Stack Software Engineer
  • Availability of 40 hours per week.
  • Gain hands-on experience on product development following agile methodologies.
  • No work experience required; however, bonus points if you have experience with Ruby on Rails, React, or React Native 
  • Have strong interpersonal and communication skills as well as attention to detail 
  • Are ambitious and driven, thrive in a fast-paced and demanding environment 
  • Demonstrate a teamwork mentality and willingness to assist wherever needed 
  • Attend Salesloft’s New Hire Orientation, where you will learn our Salesloft story and understand what makes our “Lofters” unique 
  • Attend the half-day introduction to Salesloft Engineering, where you will get a high-level introduction to the architecture of the platform and learn the basic processes of the Engineering Team
  • Assist with committing production code
  • Begin 1:1’s with your manager, meet current members of the Salesloft product development team that will be key relationships in accomplishing your goals 
  • Set goals with your manager and develop an action plan to achieve them 
  • Become knowledgeable of your pod’s surface area
  • Contribute to the development of a new product feature  
  • Complete a project adding real value the team you’re assigned team/pod
  • Gain exposure to leadership by presenting on your work/learnings over the last few months
  • Leave with an understanding of the sales enablement technology space
  • Have a lot of fun along the way!
