The Opportunity:
We're hiring Backend Engineers (mid level) to join our fast growing and expanding Product & Engineering team. We have one core product - our Collaboration cloud and we're launching several new products in the coming months. 

We're hiring an Engineer to join us and support our product development pace. The salary range for the role is $90,000 - $120,000 AUD + super.

Key Responsibilities:
  • πŸ—οΈ Build & Enhance: Design, develop, and optimize applications using Ruby on Rails.
  • πŸ’» Design & Development: Design, develop, and deploy cutting-edge applications across a range of platforms.
  • ⚑ Performance Assurance: Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
  • 🐞 Problem Solving: Identify and correct bottlenecks, eradicate bugs, and elevate application performance.
  • 🎨 Collaboration: Work closely with other teams to turn ideas into actionable features.
  • 🌱 Mentoring: Act as a guiding light for junior engineers, providing insights, feedback, and support.
  • 🌐 Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest trends in web development and integrate best practices.

  • πŸ’‘ Deep Expertise: Proven experience in back-end technologies. Familiarity with Ruby on Rails is a requirement.
