Location: Remote in Toronto
Job Type: Full Time - Perm
Hours: Mon-Fri, 40 hours/week

- Provide feedback on upcoming features and designs
- Actively participate in code reviews
- Debug and resolve production issues
- Participate in agile ceremonies, solutioning, estimating and planning new features while providing regular status updates
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver feature-rich solutions that meet customer needs
- Identify areas for improvement and propose innovative solutions to enhance our software development process
- You can write maintainable and performant object-oriented code in Ruby
- You have some experience with Lightning Components (Aura Components, LWC, and Lightning Experience)
- You have some experience with Apex (Apex triggers, Apex classes, Visualforce Pages, and Apex Unit Testing)
- Experience with Salesforce administration
- You possess an understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, security model, and customization options
- You can write meaningful unit tests with RSpec, Minitest, and Apex Test Framework
- You have the ability to integrate services in a live production environment
- You can troubleshoot, debug and resolve complex issues
- You learn quickly and are self-motivated
- You communicate effectively with people from different disciplines, such as product and architecture
- You are excited about sharing knowledge with coworkers
- Experience with microservices / service-oriented architecture
- Experience with event-driven architecture
- Experience with JavaScript (back end and/or front end)
- Experience with Ansible
- Experience with Docker
- Experience with various AWS platforms
