We are in search of a full-stack engineer to join our fully remote 🌍 team. This is a key position, and you'll play a significant role in molding our app.

The working hours for this role are 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST.
👀 What We're Looking For
A full stack developer who loves what they do and is active and engaged in their projects.
- Has developed Ruby on Rails applications and APIs from the ground up
- 3-5 years experience with Ruby on Rails writing elegant, well-organized, performant code with test coverage
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- You are curious and love to learn, and you love finding new ways to get things done better and faster
🌟 This role is a full-time gig with 40 hours a week. Just a heads-up, we’d love for you to be available at least 4 hours daily in line with Eastern Standard Time (EST). 🌎
We’re big fans of uninterrupted work, so we try to keep meetings to a minimum and chat only when it’s super important. 🚫📅
Even though we’re inspired by agile ways of working, we like to mix it up a bit! 🌀 No textbook rules here. For example, instead of traditional stand-ups, we catch up asynchronously on Slack. Just a friendly check-in! 📧😊
