The Role
This position is primarily responsible for participating in all development efforts and related responsibilities. This is a fully remote position located in the United States - candidates must be located in and eligible to work in the US.

What You’ll Do
- Architect software solutions for websites and mobile devices
- Develop technical specifications for software solutions
- Provide internal technical support to the organization through developer support rotations and as needed
- Perform other activities as assigned
Ideal Qualifications
- Computer science degree or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of experience as a Software Engineer
- Experience developing Ruby on Rails or NodeJS applications
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, software design patterns, and source control
- Strong understanding of Ruby, Python, Java, or other similar languages
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Strong understanding of relational and NoSQL databases
- Excellent interpersonal skills
Nice to Have
- Experience developing React/Angular/Vue applications
- Experience using AWS
