We love Rails and so do you. Our platform and apps have been around for 12 years. You will be part of the team that is responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining our web applications based on the Ruby on Rails stack. Additionally, you will be involved in solving complex technical challenges and improving the overall quality of our products.

- Good communication and teamplayer skills.
- Experience developing in Ruby / Ruby on Rails.
- Experience in web technologies such as HTML, JavaScript/TypeScript, CSS/Sass and REST-API’s.
- Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL and SQL queries.
- Experience with Agile Scrum methodologies and effective participation in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Ability to work independently and involve the team when necessary.
- Strong and pragmatic problem-solving skills.
Desired experience, but not required
- Developing SaaS applications.
- Containerized environments, Docker and web security.
- Building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (we use GitHub Actions).
- Kubernetes / Google Cloud Console.
- Hotwire: StimulusJS, Turbo frames/streams.
- React.
