As a Senior Software Development Engineer, you will get an opportunity to work on features end to end  using the latest technologies such as RoR, Java, GoLang, Angular, React, Redis, PostgreSQL. You will develop products that can change the logistics landscape and will be used by some of the biggest corporations in the world. You will develop integrations with our strategic partners to help expand our ecosystem. You will work closely with our US  team and customers to develop features that help shape the logistics and supply chain industry.
What you’ll be doing:
  • Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend services and APIs.
  • Architect and implement microservices-based applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
  • Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot production issues, ensuring high availability and reliability.
  • Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our systems are current and robust.

Who you are:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in backend development.
  • Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Ruby, Java, Python, Go, or Node.js.
  • Solid understanding of microservices architecture and RESTful API design.
  • Proficiency with containerization technologies such as Docker.
  • Experience with cloud platforms, AWS & AZure.
  • Knowledge of database systems (SQL and NoSQL) and data modeling.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Terraform, etc.).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
