In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects for digital health companies. As a Ruby on Rails Developer, you will be responsible for developing innovative and user-friendly web applications. You will collaborate with clients to understand their requirements, design and implement solutions, and ensure the performance, scalability, and security of the applications.

Responsibilities:
- Design and develop web applications using Ruby on Rails framework
- Collaborate with product managers and other stakeholders to gather and understand project requirements
- Implement software solutions that are scalable, secure, and user-friendly
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
- Perform code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to coding standards
- Troubleshoot and debug issues, and provide timely resolutions
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in Ruby on Rails development
Requirements:
- 4-8 years proven experience working with Ruby on Rails framework
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles
- Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Good knowledge of SQL and database design
- Experience with version control systems like Git
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
