We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Frontend Engineer who not only worries about code quality, but thinks about how to best meet our customers' product needs. This position demands a high level of output, but also is a great opportunity for growth and collaboration. In this role, you will face many challenges - from building scalable systems to supporting new product features. Our ideal candidate is someone who loves to collaborate with others but can also work independently to take an idea from concept to implementation. We're a hardworking, energetic team that is passionate about our customers and believes that to be successful we should never stop learning: learning about our customers, our product, and how to build better software.
What You'll Do:
- Work on our Ember.js frontend
- Build and ship product features end-to-end
- Collaborate with fellow engineers, designers, and PMs
- Make application architecture decisions
- Troubleshoot, debug and resolve software bugs
- Write well-designed, maintainable & testable code
- Be product-minded and think about the customer
- Work on a distributed team
- 5+ years of experience developing single page web applications
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Experience integrating with REST / JSON APIs and backend services
- Ability to solve technical problems independently
- Motivation to work hard and always be learning
- Experience driving, executing, and delivering high quality technical solutions
- Comfortable working with ambiguous requirements and identify the right tradeoffs to deliver tangible results for our customers
- Bonus: Production experience with Ember.js. Any experience in Ruby/Rails development

Salary: $170,000-190,000
