About the Team
The proposals pod is responsible for the framework that powers our sales narrative platform.  We work closely with other teams within our domain to ensure that they are able to easily add their own content to our platform.  An equal focus is our customers – our goal is to ensure that our product is easy to use, giving them the flexibility to tell their story the way they want it told.  The team fosters a supportive and inclusive environment where open communication and mutual respect are key, and team members share information to help each other in their professional development.
About the Role
This is an opportunity to work with a fabulous team building software that will help improve the planet by getting solar on more roofs faster.  This team focuses on our sales narrative platform.  We are making significant changes to this platform right now, so there’s an opportunity to have a big impact.  We’re looking for a strong collaborator that will be part of growing our existing platform as well as helping to drive greenfield initiatives..  
Your Impact
  • Build new functionality for our industry-leading solar design platform
  • Apply considerations around security, scalability, reliability, and performance while proposing and building solutions
  • Mentor engineers on the team
  • Foster a growth mindset culture. Contribute to and follow team processes for better sprint outcomes.
  • Take operational responsibility for the services that are owned by your team, including taking part in an on-call rotation
What You Bring
  • 7+ years of experience as a software engineer
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in the primary programming languages/frameworks our team works with: Javascript/Typescript, React, Ruby on Rails
  • Ability to perform and thrive in a remote environment
  • Language Requirement: Proficient in both written and spoken English. We kindly request that your resume be submitted in English, preferably

  • Familiarity with GraphQL
