Profile Overview
Your responsibilities
- Build and maintain features using Ruby on Rails and React
- Handle customer support tickets (max 2 hours per day)
- Collaborate with the development team on various projects
- Work on both frontend and backend tasks
- Practice version control using Git and GitHub
- Participate in code reviews and team discussions
- Debug and fix issues across the application stack
What You bring to the table
- 1-3 years of development experience
- Working knowledge of Ruby on Rails
- Experience with React and modern JavaScript
- Basic understanding of HTML and CSS
- Familiarity with Git version control
- Good communication skills in English
- Problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn
Nice to have
- Experience with MySQL or similar databases
- Basic Linux/Ubuntu knowledge or bash scripting experience
- Previous experience in customer support
- Understanding of deployment processes
- Familiarity with AWS or similar cloud platforms
- Understanding of CI/CD technologies and industry trends
