On behalf of BlueSnap, Helpware Tech is looking for a Senior Ruby on Rails Developer for our team on a full-time basis.
BlueSnap provides an All-in-one Payment Platform designed to accelerate commerce for B2B and B2C businesses. The Platform supports online and mobile sales, marketplaces, subscriptions, invoice payments and manual orders through a virtual terminal. With a single integration, you can accept any payment with ease. Also, it includes access to 100 payment types, including popular e-wallets, built-in world-class fraud prevention to protect your sales and detailed analytics to help you grow your business.
Responsibilities:

- End-to-end product development.
- Writing reusable and maintainable code.
- Designing and implementing new features and functionalities.
- Integrating with different third-party APIs.
- Optimizing code for maximum performance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of building highly scalable applications using Ruby, Ruby On Rails, PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch/Redis.
- Solid understanding of OOP and design patterns.
- Experience building and designing RESTful APIs.
- Proficient in writing tests.
Would be a plus:
- Experience with React.
- Experience with JavaScript and React is a plus.
- Experience building distributed applications is also a plus.
