What You’ll Do

As Software Engineer - Technical Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing all technical aspects of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage and Scale Our Technical Infrastructure

Oversee AWS infrastructure, ensuring security, scalability, and reliability.
Optimize performance, cost-efficiency, and resilience of cloud-based systems.

2. Maintain and Evolve Our Core Product

Own the ongoing development and maintenance of our Ruby on Rails application.
Build new features, improve system architecture, and ensure high availability.
Explore AI-powered enhancements to optimize pricing intelligence, workflow automation, and customer insights.

3. Collaborate Cross-Functionally & Drive Business Impact

Participate in operational and strategic meetings, combining technical, business, and market insights to drive the company forward and align technology with business growth.

4. Build & Lead the Engineering Team

As the company continues to scale, hire, mentor, and lead an engineering team.
Develop best practices for software development, security, and infrastructure.
