Full stack engineer for a growing health-tech startup

We're an early stage startup that makes an app that helps hospital patients communicate with their care team

About Dispatch

Our app helps hospital patients communicate with their care team. Using a bedside tablet, patients make requests that reach the appropriate member of the care team. Hospital staff know exactly what's needed so they can prioritize their work and arrive prepared. This sounds straightforward, but it's a huge improvement over the status quo.
You’ll be joining a small, collaborative team that values autonomy, creativity, and a shared commitment to improving healthcare.
Despite being a small team we’ve made significant progress. Dispatch is live in 500 beds across two hospitals, with ambitious expansion plans in 2025. We serve units ranging from childbirth centers to acute injury rehab.
Most people use our product during some of the worst days of their lives. If we succeed, we'll make that experience a little easier for millions of patients and save significant nursing time.
We have a lot of exciting work ahead!
