Our team consists of former founders, expert Rails engineers who have all have around a decade of experience in Rails, and subject matter experts. Everyone on our team, including attorneys, pushes code regularly.
You will:

- Ship code every day
- Interact directly with customers
- Work on every part of the technical stack
- Make product & business decisions yourself.
- Improve the state of the codebase every day.
You have:
- Good product sense
- Excellent written communication skills
- The desire to move quickly
You will not enjoy this role if you:
- Need direct supervision & management to be productive
- Need a product manager to make progress
Remote: US Timezone preferred.
Compensation: Base + Bonus [Compensation varies by leveling and location]
We are open to contract roles as well.
