We are looking for a skilled Full-Stack Developer with a strong foundation in Ruby on Rails and modern frontend experience using React. You will play a key role in developing, scaling, and maintaining our core web applications, contributing to architectural decisions, and ensuring the delivery of clean, high-performance code.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop & Maintain: Design, implement, and maintain robust web applications and features using Ruby on Rails (Backend) and React (Frontend).
  • APIs & Integrations: Integrate and maintain both RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
  • Architecture & Design: Contribute actively to architecture decisions and feature design, focusing on scalability and performance.
  • Code Quality: Write clean, testable, and maintainable code following established best practices.
  • Collaboration: Participate effectively in code reviews and technical discussions to ensure high code standards and shared knowledge.
  • Performance: Proactively identify bottlenecks, improve application performance, and implement optimization best practices.
Qualifications
  • Experience: 3+ years of professional experience with Ruby on Rails and 1.5+ years of experience with React / TypeScript.
  • Database: Proficiency with relational databases (PostgreSQL or MySQL).
  • Engineering Principles: Good grasp of SOLID and REST principles.
  • Version Control: Experience working effectively with Git and Git-flow.
  • Language: Upper-Intermediate English or above is required for clear technical communication.
Nice to Have
  • Testing: Experience writing unit and integration tests (e.g., RSpec, Jest).
  • Frontend Styling: Familiarity with modern styling frameworks (Sass, Tailwind CSS).
  • APIs: Practical GraphQL knowledge.
  • Cloud & Deployment: Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Heroku, or GCP.
  • Background Processing: Experience with Sidekiq or Resque.
  • DevOps: Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker).
  • Advanced Principles: Knowledge of DDD (Domain-Driven Design) or CQRS.
  • Templating: Familiarity with View templating engines (ERB, Haml).
