Why We Need You:
As a Senior Full Stack Engineer working on our recruiting agents team, you’ll be crucial in crafting user friendly agentic workflows that both accelerate and enrich every connection, helping our customers find new talent, enhance their sales, and make other impactful professional connections.
Our recruiting agents are designed to revolutionize how fast-growing organizations and large interconnected networks—such as venture capital funds, accelerators, membership communities, economic development organizations, and universities—discover the best talent. By eliminating busy work, our agents allow customers to focus on strategic initiatives and relationship building, leveraging the fact that the most qualified candidates often come from warm networks.
What You'll Do:
- Design and implement elegant user-centric solutions alongside PMs and designers.
- Work with autonomy on large projects critical to our roadmap, aiming for simplicity and effectiveness.
- Write clean, well-tested and maintainable code.
- Foster an environment of rapid iteration and feedback, contributing to a culture that values innovation, learning, and impact.
Your Working Experience:
- 7+ years of software development experience
- Strong background in a startup environment building web applications.
- Expert proficiency in Rails and React.
- Experience with Node.js is preferred.
- Quick learner, able to adapt to our codebase quickly.
- Strong communicator, able to articulate ideas and collaborate effectively, avoiding ambiguities and misunderstandings.

Salary range: $175,000 - $190,000 per-year-salary
Our compensation ranges reflect the cost of labor across multiple geographic markets. The base salary for this role offered will depend on your skills, experience, and work location.
