A global software company developing cloud computing services for digital media management is looking for a Senior Back-End Engineer.
Join a cross-location team (Poland and Israel) building the cloud-based asset product at scale.
The role includes responsibility for the full development lifecycle - deciding what to build, how to build it, and delivering it end-to-end.
What You’ll Do
- Become the team’s go-to expert on our services and infrastructure
- Work closely with product managers to understand goals and deliver impactful features
- Maintain high code quality and scalable architecture, collaborating with developers and the architects forum
- Use code-generation tools to maximize efficiency
- Proactively identify improvements and refine solutions based on customer feedback
Who We’re Looking For
- 10+ years of backend development experience, delivering scalable, high-quality systems
- Hands-on engineer familiar with multiple languages (Ruby preferred; Go/Java a plus)
- Strong cloud experience, ideally AWS, with distributed, high-scale architectures
- Business- and impact-oriented, looking beyond backend tasks to the bigger product picture
- Collaborative team player, working closely with product, architects, and leads
- Adaptable and comfortable with context switching in a dynamic environment
- Engaged communicator who enjoys a friendly, supportive team culture
