Product & Delivery

  • You work closely with Product, Design, Content and Technical Leaders on roadmap, prioritization and implementation – translating goals into realistic plans.

  • You ensure that technical decisions, dependencies and risks are transparent – and actively steer towards solutions.

Hiring & Scaling

  • You have experience in hiring, designing onboarding processes and the professional development of software developers.
  • You build structures that enable scaling (eg, role/leveling clarity, clear responsibilities, knowledge management).

AI & Innovation

  • You identify meaningful applications for AI in engineering (eg, assistance functions, automation, developer productivity) and empower your team to implement them responsibly.
