What you’ll do
- Ship high-quality features with speed and precision
- Work across a lean, modern stack (Rails 8+, Hotwire, Stimulus, Turbo, TailwindCSS)
- Scale with PostgreSQL, Redis, Elasticsearch, and deploy on Heroku
- Push continuous delivery in a Kanban-driven, result-oriented environment
- Collaborate remotely, meet in person a few times a year, and enjoy our Berlin HQ

- 7+ years of engineering experience
- Ruby expert, always curious about the latest versions
- Obsessed with building robust, high quality systems
- Great communicator in English (no Shakespeare required)
