- Define or refine the scope of new features with the Product Managers
- Answer technical questions from non-engineering stakeholders like the 
Product Manager
- Identify the root cause of bugs 
- Distribute work among his team members
- Platform reviewer – responsible for reviewing and approving PRs
- 10 + years of relevant experience 
- Relevant leadership experience
More than 8 years in any Sr. Position
More than 5 years in Ruby on Rails, Git, Bash, Proficient in SQL, CI/CD (e.g. jenkins, azure pipelines, github action, gitlab)
Networking (DNS, proxies, web servers, virtual hosts)
Serverless technologies (e.g. AWS Lambdas / Step functions)
MySQL y Postgresql
Unit tests
