Job Description:
  • Work across technology stack on both the front-end and the back end.
  • Build user experiences and solid APIs using Ruby, Rails, JavaScript, TypeScript, Vue.js, Node.js, and Tailwind CSS.
  • Work with and collaborate with multiple squads in the web group to design and develop new features that will be used by millions of users
  • Write tests and perform code reviews to ensure we're shipping reliable, readable, and reusable code
  • Ship production quality code daily
  • Work across the technical stack including front end code, backend Node.js services, GraphQL
  • Research and implement technology solutions for reliable, scalable, high performing products
  • Use Amazon's AWS infrastructure on a regular basis
  • Identify and fix performance bottlenecks
Position may also telecommute from any location within the United States.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Knowledge of JavaScript
  • Knowledge of CSS
  • Knowledge of Vue.js
  • Knowledge of Node.js
  • Knowledge of Tailwind CSS
  • Knowledge of Git
  • Knowledge of unit testing frameworks and mocking principles
  • Knowledge of configuring monitors and alerts with Datadog
  • Knowledge of Redux
