JOB SUMMARY
The Full Stack Ruby on Rails Engineer, reporting to the Director of Engineering, will be responsible for upscaling our technical infrastructure by building new features, expanding existing features using recent versions of Ruby on Rails, and working closely with multiple business users to identify end-user requirements and specifications.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Evaluate and create existing applications to reprogram, update and add new features
- Integrate with third-party APIs, and help build out our own internal APIs
- Utilize Rspec to troubleshoot and enhance application flaws
- Collaborate and work closely with your teammates within GitHub
- Help design and implement parts of our CI/CD pipeline
- Research and make recommendations for improvements to enhance methodology, capability, ease of use, and efficiency
- Collaborate with business users to identify end-user requirements and specifications
QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of Ruby on Rails experience
- Experience with the AWS suite of products including: EC2, S3, RDS
- Experience with MySQL, SQL, and the ability to optimize queries
- Experience with Javascript, and building lightweight, performant web pages
- Comfortable with *n?x based systems, writing scripts, and working with file systems

"The US base salary range for this full-time position is $110,000 - $150,000 + bonus + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
