Unlike a local florist, we've built our process for speed and efficiency. We make orders at high volumes and that means we've built our production floors similar to that of automobile assembly lines where our designers and fulfillment teams make hundreds of the same bouquets every day in different stations. This means that customizations aren't built into our model. We don't like to say no (believe us, it's against our nature) but in order to offer these gorgeous blooms to the contiguous 48 United States, we can't offer special requests.
