We are looking for a Ruby on Rails Developer specializing in Ruby on Rails, with strong expertise in API development and MySQL. The ideal candidate will possess excellent English communication skills, be able to work independently, and proactively contribute to the team without needing constant supervision or direction.
Key responsibilities for current position in our company are:
• Develop and maintain backend services using Ruby on Rails;
• Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Ruby code;
• Integrate data storage solutions with MySQL; 
• Implement and maintain APIs for our applications;
• Collaborate with front-end developers and other team members to establish objectives and design more functional, cohesive codes to enhance the user experience;
• Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to mitigate and address these issues;
 • Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation;
 • Work independently and bring valuable insights and solutions to the team.
• Proven experience as a Senior Backend Developer with expertise in Ruby on Rails;
• Strong proficiency in API development and MySQL;
• Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal;
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and add value to the team without needing constant direction;
• Ability to work within not more than a 2-hour time difference from Europe.
