Driven by his passion for building web and mobile products, in 2010 our founder, Andrés Max, started Ideaware. We started working with fast-growing startups in Silicon Valley. We started as an agency, but in 2015 we pivoted to a staff augmentation firm working out of Colombia. We’ve hired hundreds of amazing people to work as employees and also staffed our partners with the best talent.
