We are seeking an experienced Senior Ruby on Rails Developer to join our team. As a Senior Developer, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining our web applications using the Ruby on Rails framework. Your expertise will contribute to the growth and success of our organization.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy high-quality Ruby on Rails web applications.
  • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards.
  • Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and identify areas for improvement.
  • Troubleshoot and debug issues that arise during development, testing, and deployment phases.
  • Optimize application performance and scalability to handle increasing user loads.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in Ruby on Rails development.

Required Skills and Experience:
  • Extensive experience developing web applications using Ruby on Rails.
  • Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
