- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy high-quality Ruby on Rails web applications.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and identify areas for improvement.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues that arise during development, testing, and deployment phases.
- Optimize application performance and scalability to handle increasing user loads.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in Ruby on Rails development.
- Extensive experience developing web applications using Ruby on Rails.
- Solid understanding of database systems and SQL.
- Experience with version control systems, preferably Git.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
