This position can be fully remote with access to our offices in the San Francisco Bay Area.
Here are the core values that we believe in and look for in new teammates:
  • Put Customers First. Mudflap is nothing without our customers and partners. They are our North Star.
  • Be Curious. You don’t know it all, and that’s the fun part. Everything gets better when you’re curious. Things get more interesting, more clear, and more approachable. When you bring curiosity, you’re growing yourself, your teammates, and Mudflap as a whole.
  • Achieve Ambitious Outcomes. Set, measure, and accomplish goals that deliver massive value to our customers and merchant partners.
  • Bias Towards Action. When in doubt, we take the next best step, then course correct when needed. We go out of our way to fix problems when we see them. We take ownership seriously.
  • Sweat the Details. Disney creates a magical experience by perfecting every mundane detail. We strive to do the same at Mudflap.
